How to Roster a General Spare Goalie or Affiliated Player
If you need a spare goalie for a game, go to the 3on3 Superleague website and click on Spares from the top menu. You will have been provided with a Login and Password when you registered the team. Once you are logged into your divisions spare listing, you will be able to see all the spares available to you as well as their contact information. Once a spare has confirmed their availability, you can request that they be affiliated for your game.
If you are requesting to affiliate a player from another team, you do not need to go to the spares listing.
Log into your RAMP InterActive Website Manager - again, the Login and Password would have been provided to you when you registered the team.
From the menu items on the left, select Players/Staff AP Request
Click on Add AP Request
Complete the information required:
- Season - should be pre-filled
- Category will be General Spares OR the division of the player you wish to affiliate
- Team to Request Player/Staff From will be the same division you found the player in from the listing on the website
- First Name
- Last Name
- Start Date - this will be the date you need the spare for
- End Date - this will be the date the spare will be removed from your roster
- NOTE that you can only roster a spare for a maximum of 4 days
- Click on Submit
The player will now appear under your Requested Team Member listing. All requests for spares (AP players) must be approved by the league before they are added to your roster. Ensure you make these requests at least 2 hours before the start of your game. Once the request has been approved, the spare will appear on your roster.
