If you need a spare goalie or player for a game, go to your Division / Tier and click on the "Affiliates and Spare Goalies" link. Once you are logged into your divisions spare listing, you will be able to see all the spares available to you as well as their contact information. Once a spare has confirmed their availability, you can request that they be affiliated for your game.
If you are requesting to affiliate a player from another team, you do not need to go to the spares listing.
Send an email to registrar@3on3superleague.ca with the name of the player/goalie you want to affiliate and the dates you require them for. Ensure you make these requests at least 4 hours before the start of your game. Once the request has been approved, the A/P will appear on your roster. Once the game is complete, the A/P's profile will be deactivated but not deleted. This will ensure that any stats they have remain with the team.
Dedicated spare players/goalies are already on your roster so you do not need to request that they be affiliated or activated.
